Spazio di un Fiore

“Spazio di un Fiore” (eng. “Space of a flower”) is my way of discovering the beauty of a single flower as if it were an entire universe.
I observed every flower carefully and studied how its structure and architecture change in time, how the flower spreads its own space further with colors from petals, and how it creates constellations of pollen and bubbles.
Working on this project, I always followed simple yet strict rules:
- I work only during the night
- In the frame should be only one flower
- I photograph with only one source of light.
- I do not use any post-production, except light adaptation of contrasts in case if it was lost during the change of raw on jpeg.
